No Returns or Refunds (Sanitary & Safety Reasons)

For sanitation, health, and safety purposes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Cosmetic products cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our possession due to the risk of tampering, contamination, or misuse.

This policy ensures that every product you receive is brand new, unused, and safe for application.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, by purchasing from 9inetySeven Cosmetics, you acknowledge that:

For these reasons, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items claimed as “not as described” or based on personal preference.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once your order has been shipped, 9inetySeven Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packagescaused by the shipping carrier.

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully received

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages reported as missing after confirmed delivery

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Exceptions)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at contact@9inetyseven.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
